These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ye999 online gaming platform, including the website located at ye999.pro, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other services offered under the ye999 brand (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

ye999 is operated by its international licence holder (the "Operator", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the ye999 Platform, you ("User", "Player", "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the ye999 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ye999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email or a notice posted within the Platform, but the absence of such notification does not affect the validity of amended Terms once published.

To be eligible to register and use the ye999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum requirement and is non-negotiable. ye999 does not permit access to any person below the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction of residence.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law, and you have satisfied yourself that your use of the ye999 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ye999 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ye999 or had a ye999 account closed for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

ye999 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any stage, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious account activity is detected. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by ye999 to complete KYC verification, including a copy of a government-issued identity document and proof of residential address dated within 90 days.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ye999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered Pakistani mobile number. ye999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must not share your ye999 account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your ye999 account, including family members.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify ye999 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ye999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP to your registered mobile number. This is available from within your account security settings after ye999 login.

ye999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials, or where you shared your credentials with a third party. In circumstances where ye999 suspects that a third party is accessing your account, ye999 reserves the right to freeze the account pending verification without prior notice.

ye999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your ye999 PKR wallet and no currency conversion is applied.

• Minimum deposit amounts are published on the ye999 deposit page and may vary by payment method. ye999 reserves the right to update minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Deposits must be made from a payment instrument or account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from another person's JazzCash or EasyPaisa account — are strictly prohibited.
• ye999 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges, for which ye999 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a source registered in your name may be held pending investigation and returned to the originating payment method.
• ye999 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit at its discretion, including where anti-money laundering obligations require it to do so.

Withdrawals from your ye999 account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the conditions below. ye999 targets an average withdrawal processing time of 45 minutes for verified accounts, though actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of requests being handled at any given time.

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed in full before any withdrawal can be processed. This includes submission and approval of a valid government-issued identity document.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. ye999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the ye999 withdrawals page and may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will not be included in the withdrawable balance.
• ye999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests of significant value, which may extend processing times beyond the standard 45-minute target.
• In the event that a withdrawal is requested on winnings derived from a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrectly priced market, ye999 reserves the right to void the relevant wagers and adjust the account balance accordingly before processing any withdrawal.

ye999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL cricket. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the standard wagering requirement for ye999 bonuses is applied to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.
• A player may hold only one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously is prohibited and may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
• ye999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonus funds already credited to accounts where wagering is in progress.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple accounts, or collusion — will result in voiding of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

Free spins, free bets, and other non-cash promotional credits are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of issuance. ye999 does not guarantee the availability of any particular promotional offer on an ongoing basis.

All sports bets, casino wagers, crash game entries, and other gaming activity on the ye999 Platform are subject to the specific rules published for each product category. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game or market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ye999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases of obvious technical error on the part of ye999.
• ye999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or on an event that had already concluded at the time of placement.
• ye999 casino games utilise certified random number generation (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot and casino games represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual outcomes.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official results from recognised governing bodies. In cases of dispute, ye999's determination of the applicable result shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 14.
• ye999 reserves the right to impose bet limits — including maximum stake amounts and maximum payout limits — on any market, game, or player account at its sole discretion.
• Wagers placed using funds derived from a third party, stolen payment instruments, or fraudulent activity are void and subject to forfeiture. Criminal referrals may be made to relevant authorities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ye999 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in civil or criminal referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one ye999 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way, including for the purpose of placing bets, exploiting promotions, or circumventing security measures.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any such exploit discovered must be reported to ye999 support immediately; exploiting a known bug constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new account or using another person's account.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, modifying, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.

ye999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players on the Platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It carries inherent financial risk, and losses are a normal outcome of gambling activity. ye999 does not represent gambling as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ye999 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set a cap on deposits over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, licence, or create derivative works from any content on the ye999 Platform without prior written consent.
• Game content, including graphics, audio, and mechanics provided by third-party game studios licensed to operate on the ye999 Platform, remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. ye999 does not grant any rights in respect of third-party game content beyond the right to play those games within the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ye999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the ye999 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings due to technical faults, system outages, or network interruptions beyond ye999's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your ye999 account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or betting market within it.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or market settlements subsequently corrected by ye999 in accordance with these Terms.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.

In all cases where ye999 is found liable, its total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in your ye999 account at the time the relevant claim arose.

ye999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the ye999 Platform.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request from ye999.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal instruction from a payment provider in connection with a deposit made to the account.
• Where ye999 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, ye999 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to forfeit funds to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ye999 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed after all pending wagers are settled and any applicable withdrawal holds have been lifted.

ye999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where the amendments are material in nature, ye999 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their ye999 account.

Your continued use of the ye999 Platform after any amendment to these Terms is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ye999 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and ye999 relating to your account, any wager, or the operation of the Platform, you should first contact ye999 customer support via live chat to attempt informal resolution. ye999 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

• Where informal resolution is not achieved within 14 days of the initial complaint, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body specified in ye999's licensing jurisdiction.
• The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
• Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legal rights pending arbitration.

ye999 does not accept the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for matters arising from the operation of its international gaming licence. Players in Pakistan access the ye999 Platform on this basis and by registering confirm their understanding of this position.
